For those of you that have read “The Tenth Floor”, like Prince Dee, I fell asleep. I mean I really fell asleep. I’ve been working like a horse. My body decided to shut down and rest for a seriously long time. I don’t know about you but when I sleep more than twelve hours my body feels even more tired. I did get up occasionally to grab a snack but it wasn’t until around dinner time that I really began to surface.
I took my mom to eat at a pizza joint and on the way there, I saw people running in the park located along the river. You’d think the last thing I would want to do was run some more. Well, the people seemed happy. Since I know that feeling of runner’s high, I did want to run some more. I know I’ve got more of that soon enough so I don’t need to be so eager to hit the road. The dinner had to take the place of two missed meals. Before the first bite, night seemed to be approaching. I didn’t even have a chance to get some pictures of the downtown area today. The funny thing is, after the meal, my body felt completely rejuvenated. I wanted to run. Instead, I did what I always do on my days off. Laundry. And, because the laundry is located next to the fitness center here at the Hyatt I took the time to give my upper body a bit of a work out. But since I’ve got the chance right now, I’m going back to sleep. Enjoy these pictures from previous days.
