I soaked my legs for a lengthy amount of time last night. When I woke, they felt good but I soaked them again to insure full rejuvenation. For sure I was apprehensive about pushing the legs. They had been tortured enough over the past few days so I took the time to get my blood flowing. For three miles I walked and made sure the limbs were pain free. While I felt good enough to run, I couldn’t say my body was free from aches. I liberated my mind from doubt and let the dogs loose. The auto pilot stayed on for twelve miles before the same pain attacked the same leg.
